静安区图书馆为文化部一级图书馆，多次被评为上海市文明单位。由三个馆舍组成，分别坐落于静安寺商圈洒满梧桐光影的新闸路、苏河湾畔与铁路博物馆隔街相望的天目中路、以及人口稠密的彭浦新村闻喜路。数十个多功能服务窗口成为市民学习、交流、休闲的温馨空间和知识殿堂。

Jing’an District Library is the National First Grade Library and Shanghai ‘Model Unit’. It is composed of Xinzha Rd, Tianmu Rd and Wenxi Rd library. It provides dozens of multi-functional service and becomes a hall of knowledge for citizens.
